Have you ever considered wasp spray as a self-defense tool? Here are some things to consider.
To begin, this is one man’s opinion and he makes it clear that these survival techniques are not infallible. That said, The Rhino is credible.
Listen what he has to say about using wasp spray as a self-defense tool.
The Rhino teaches self-defense courses, is a firearms instructor, works in the police academy and was a former cop. These are enough credentials for him to have a pretty strong stance on whether or not you should use wasp and hornet spray as a self-defense tool.
The Rhino says you should absolutely, positively…maybe consider wasp spray for self-defense. His reasons vary due to legality.
The Rhino thinks that having cans of wasp spray inside the house to use in the case of an attacker or burglar would be completely fine. Especially in a court room.
If you were to use wasp spray for self-defense inside your home there would be no contest that you are in within your legal rights. The wasp spray could be doubling as a self-defense tool and to actually use against wasps.
The Rhino does not recommend carrying wasp spray in your purse or in your car. Having it in these places suggests that you are looking to disfigure your attacker and that is where the law gets murkier.
All in all, wasp spray is good to have around the house in case you find a wasp nest or someone breaks in. Or in the case of a zombie-pocolypse, of course.
