You’ve done your homework, placed a stand, filled your tag, and dragged it to your truck. Now you’re thinking to yourself, “When did my tailgate get so damn high?”
Many of us make hunting a family affair, or at least, we can count on someone’s help when we are successful. But some of us can’t: I’ve had to load a couple deer into my truck by myself. I wish I’d watched the video below in advance, as it would have made it a lot easier.
A good friend of mine always says “Work smarter, not harder.” That is a smart way to load a deer. In fact, watching this video makes my back feel better already.
