Sharp knives make work easier and are handy to have around, but having some of the sharpest knives in the world like these might be over the top.
Some people like cars that go fast, and some people like cars that go really fast. Just like some people like knives that are sharp, and some people like knives that are really sharp.

More than any of the other clips, the cutting of the pineapple is pretty impressive. The knife that does the cutting in that particular clip is a Richmond Laser.
The YouTube post says the secret for getting regular knives to become some of the sharpest knives is to use a stropping belt with diamond dust and leather. Most folks use a whet stone, but fail to go the extra step with stropping.
Even though knives like these are chef’s knives and not outdoors knives, I think all outdoorsmen can appreciate extremely sharp knives, especially hand-sharpened.
