These friendly dolphins joined Jarred Moore on his journey up the Atlantic.
The high seas can get a little lonely, especially when you’re the only person on a 27-foot sailboat traveling from Florida to South Carolina in the Gulf Stream. It’s a four-day trip that Moore makes every season to get supplies for his job as a fiberglass fabricator and boat painter.
When Moore was around 112 miles away from the Georgia/South Carolina border, these spotted dolphins decided to join him and put on a show. It made for one awesome video, which he sent to us knowing our readers would enjoy it.
Check out the video:
Pretty great, right? Moore says that they stayed with him and his 1979 Southern Cross boat for about two hours.
Big thanks to Jarred, and here’s hoping he sends us some more exciting video and photos from his trips offshore.
