River Frozen? Try Kayaking Down Some Snowy Slopes Instead

Think you need water to kayak? These guys sure don't.

Here's a new spin on run-of-the-mill kayaking, replacing water with, well, frozen water of sorts. These thrill seekers found a new and exciting way to enjoy their kayaks when the rivers freeze over, and as you'll see, it's a winter sport that is sure to provide chills, spills, and high-octane speed.

Not much is required for snow kayaking, other than a steep hill, fresh powder, and a kayak that can stand up to a bit of abuse. Oh, I guess a daredevil attitude should probably be a prerequisite as well.
