Brace yourself for the return of the teardrop camping trailer.
There’s nothing quite like packing up and setting out on the open road. To be able to do this in a completely re-designed version of a camping classic seemed unlikely, until now.
A few years ago in a St. Paul, Minnesota garage, a woodworker by the name of Bert Taylor figured that it was time to modernize a camping classic to compete with the high end travel trailers on the road today.
Vistabule Teardrop Trailers was born and has been manufacturing these one of a kind trailers ever since.
As with the original design, the goal was to be able to have the comforts of your home connected to your hitch without actually connecting your hitch to your home. The folks at Vistabule have done an incredible job perfecting the iconic travel trailer of the 1950s, and have brought it back to life for the next generation of campers.
Thanks to Bert’s determination to breathe new life into a classic piece of camping history, we can all enjoy traveling the way it used to be, simple and comfortable.
