Zulu Gamefishing Charters is headed by Captain Casey Dent and is based out of the Reef Marina in Port Douglas, known as the gateway to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. The area boasts some of the best fishing in the world, and Zulu offers the chance to fish this area with the very best boat and crew.
Their namesake, the Zulu fishing boat, is a brand-new 54’ custom game fishing weapon completed by Assegai in December 2014 and is one of the most technologically advanced fishing boats in Australia. Black marlin are definitely the headline here, with multi hookups per day commonplace and the potential for a “Grander” marlin of more than 1,000 pounds a possibility each time it sets out.
Ole’s Fishing Lodge – Hakai Pass, British Columbia
Ole’s Hakai Pass Fishing Lodge is a remote fly-in lodge located in the rich salmon fishing grounds off the west coast of British Columbia. For over two decades, Ole’s has offered world-class, all-inclusive fishing charter and lodging packages that have earned the unique floating fish camp a sterling reputation and a high percentage of repeat customers who come back year after year.
The remote B.C. location offers some of the very best salmon fishing in the world. The lightly fished waters offer trophy Chinook (king) salmon fishing as well as Coho (silver) salmon in abundance. In addition, Ole’s customers can choose combination trips to pursue “doormat” halibut, red snapper, and ling cod.
This outstanding fishing experience is set against the backdrop of breathtakingly beautiful, nearly untouched wilderness.
Bluewater Charters – Durban, South Africa

During the summer months, Blue Water Charters specializes in marlin fishing, when the warm Indian Ocean waters in Durban and Richards Bay are frequented by both blue and black marlin, including more than their fair share of “Granders” (marlin over 1,000 pounds).
El Pescador Lodge – Ambergris Caye, Belize
El Pescador is the premier sportsman’s fishing lodge in Ambergris Caye, Belize, a small barrier island famous for its skinny-water flats fishing.

This means that a short run from Bud N’ Mary’s, the angler can find skinny-water fishing for tarpon and bonefish, reef fishing for snapper and grouper, and bluewater fishing for pelagics including marlin, sailfish, wahoo, tuna, and the plentiful dolphin(fish).
