Check out Randy Newberg’s final video regarding public land transfers, where he goes into detail on just what you can do to help preserve our public lands.
If you haven’t done so already, I highly recommend checking out some of the other videos Randy Newberg has made about the topic of public land transfers (here, here, here, here, and here). In those videos, he describes in detail just what is involved with transferring our public lands and why it is a bad idea. In this video, he discusses what you can do help prevent public land transfers and protect our national public lands for future generations.

So there you have it folks.
First, off, be informed on the subject of public land transfers. Then, help educate your friends, family, neighbors, and associates on the issue.
Then, get in touch with your elected representatives at both the state and federal level and let them know that you are opposed to transferring public lands to the states.
Then, join and/or support organizations that are fighting to prevent the transfer of public lands. Among other groups, the Boone & Crockett Club, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Wild Sheep Foundation, the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, and Backcountry Hunters & Anglers are all fighting the good fight to help preserve our public lands.
Finally, pressure groups that have not yet taken a stance on public land transfer and urge them to join in the fight to help preserve our public lands.
You can’t have hunting and other forms of outdoor recreation without good places to enjoy the outdoors. For thousands of sportsmen and women all over the United States, the loss of our federal public lands would mean the end of their outdoor pursuits.
Keep that in mind and please help fight to prevent public land transfers in the United States!
