Police in Massachusetts Warning Public About Aggressive Turkeys

Police in Bridgewater have posted a video showing an aggressive mob of wild turkeys plundering their way through town.

Just as we begin creeping up on Thanksgiving Day, police in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, have begun to warn folks that our favorite meal isn't going quietly.

In an effort to keep people safe, the local law enforcement authorities have taken to the airwaves and posted a video showing a roughneck gang of the birds pillaging their way through town.

Here's the video:

It's all in fun, but the Bridgewater Police Department did post the video as an legitimate news alert that some of these wild turkeys are out there for real, and posing a bit of a threat.

The post said, "Aggressive turkey's are a problem in town. State law doesn't allow the police or the ACO to remove them. Contact MSPCA 617-522-7400 for info."

What's next, turkeys attacking some hunters? Yeah, you can see that right here.
