See what life is like under the ocean from the perspective of a penguin.
Researchers fixed small cameras onto the backs of penguins in the Antarctic to deepen their understanding of the marine environment these flightless birds inhabit.
They fit the animals while they were on land in their nesting grounds then let them go on their way. Once they returned, they pulled the cameras and this is what they found.
It’s clear that penguins are built for a marine environment. They bank and juke like an underwater dove…which gives me an idea.
Could speargunning for penguins become the new aquatic version of dove hunting?
