Wildlife releases never get old. Here are three more rehabilitated animals that got to go back home.
A lot of wildlife sustain injuries that would kill them if left untreated. Lucky for these unfortunate animals, there are people who are dedicated to helping them heal and return them to the wild.
This wildlife rescue team in Vietnam doesn’t have just one, but three animals they are returning back to the wild. Watch the excitement on the lesser adjutant, leopard cat, and otter’s faces as they are freed from their cages and bolt back to their natural homes.
Doesn’t it just make your heart soar seeing these animals return to their homes? Many animals are not lucky enough to fully recover from their injuries to be allowed to return to nature.
It did however look like that otter wasn’t too happy about where he was being released. That guy was lucky it didn’t rip his finger off with the death hold it had on it. Instead, it looks like, at worst, he lost a fingernail.
I guess all releases can’t go as smoothly and all animals aren’t as grateful as the lesser adjutant was.
