One of Norway’s most famous hunters came across doe that broke its neck in a fence. Halvor Sveen then took in the doe’s orphaned fawns.
Halvor Sveen came across a doe entangled in fencing that was still lactating, which led him to find two little fawn brothers.
He took them in, lets them sleep in his bed and play with his dog, and plans to release them when they grow up.

Like any new father, Sveen has to be up eight times a night and isn’t all too happy about it.
But the rewards outweigh the irregular sleeping patterns.
Knoll and Tott, named from the Norwegian comic “The Katzenjammer Kids,” are the lankiest little things. They are especially cute when they play with Sveen’s dog Hunter, who will “100% not” eat them.
That looks like the life right there.
