North Jersey Deer Saved From Sewage Tank [VIDEO]

Is it just us or are deer saved from more bad situations than other wild animals?

A lucky, or maybe unlucky deer saved from a sewage tank was scooped out of a 9 foot deep pool of waste at the Rahway Valley Sewage Authority in New Jersey.  The deer was found swimming laps by workers who then notified the authorities. They all pitched in to help.

As you can see in this news report, it’s better to be smelly than dead.

 

There’s no telling how long that deer was in the sewage tank before the workers found it, but fortunately for the deer, they did.
