Watch an angler land the New Hampshire state record black sea bass from his kayak.
Tim Moore, of Tim Moore Outdoors TV, caught the current New Hampshire state record black sea bass while on a recent kayak fishing trip. On his first kayak trip targeting black sea bass in New Hampshire, Moore reeled in the record setting fish.
The fish in question tipped the scales at one pound and 13.28 ounces. That broke the previous record by about five ounces. It isn’t every day that a state record fish is caught on camera. Check out Moore’s record setting catch below.
Moore caught the new state record fish in 40 feet of water while using a Daddy Mac Lures 1.4 Elite Deluxe jig.
Moore doesn’t think his record will stand for very long. However, catching a fish that holds a state record title for any length of time is an accomplishment any angler would be proud of.
