Thousands of pounds of bird meat goes to waste every year because hunters only take the breasts. Why? Because it’s a pain in the rear to pluck a bird.
It doesn’t matter if it’s turkey, goose, duck, pheasant or any number of other fowls, we throw away a lot of usable meat because of this problem.
