Nebraska Game and Parks Commission need help identifying suspected deer poachers caught on trail camera.

A trail camera, placed on private land near Ponca Road and Shongaska Road in the Ponca Hills area, has captured two men suspected of illegally hunting a whitetail deer earlier this month.

The images show two men dragging a deer, while one appears to be carrying a firearm. The footage was shot during the early morning hours of August 9.

In a statement released by the NGPC, the suspects are described as being in their late teens or early twenties.

“A dark-haired individual was wearing a shirt with horizontal stripes and shorts. The other individual had dark hair and was wearing a light hooded sweatshirt and cuffed pants.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the Nebraska Wildlife Crimestoppers at (800) 742-7627.
