Monster Truck Comes to Rescue of Texas Flood Victim

monster truck

Dubbed a ‘redneck rescue,’ Texas woman gets a lift to safety in a souped-up monster truck.

Loud, proud, and definitely badass, monster trucks conjure up a vision of hell on wheels. But in this case, a Texas truck owner’s big wheels enabled him to step into the role of the good Samaritan.

With flood waters devastating the area, a nearby neighbor became trapped on her balcony. Without batting an eye, Cole Geeo fired up his eight-foot-tall monster truck and drove it straight into the water.

Check out this cool rescue footage.

A redneck rescue indeed. And you have to love that this woman needed a ladder to get down from her house and also to get up into the truck!

A tip of the trucker hat to Cole Geeo for executing a creative and successful rescue in the least likely of ways.
