A London man inexplicably became frozen to the anchor of a houseboat in the River Thames earlier this week.
On Tuesday morning, a lifeboat crew rescued the man from the river. His arms and legs were frozen to the boat’s anchor, and he was reportedly so cold that he could not feel his limbs. He did not sustain any injuries. There’s no word yet on how this happened. This video from the Telegraph has more.
