A Maine apartment complex resident sued for his right to own a gun.
Enough was finally enough for Harvey Lembo, the man who is suing the property owner and management company of the apartment he lives in after they told him he couldn’t have a gun in the building.
The gun in question happened to play an integral role in Lembo’s thwarting of a recent burglary, and a threat to evict him seems unwarranted to the disabled 57-year-old.
