If you’ve never seen a M240B machine gun video involving tannerite before, then you came to the right place.
As you can see in this video by FPSRussia, combining the M240 with several hundred rounds of 7.62x51mm ammo and some exploding targets makes for an awesome show. This will probably be the coolest thing you see all day.

Designed by the Belgian firearms manufacturer Fabrique Nationale (FN Herstal) during the 1950s and known in the rest of the world as the FN MAG, the M240 is a belt-fed, fully automatic, air cooled general purpose machine gun that fires the 7.62x51mm (.308) cartridge.
Not only is it extremely reliable, effective and simple to use, but it is easily modified and can be used in a number of different roles, such as the door gun on a helicopter or mounted on an armored fighting vehicle.
The bottom line is that the M240 is awesome, and that’s the reason why over 50 different countries use some variant of the FN MAG as their medium machine gun. During my entire military career, the M240 machine gun was probably my favorite weapon system.
There is no feeling quite like the one you get while firing a 200 round burst out of a M240…
