The Life of a Fly Fishing Guide Profiled in ‘The Tightest Line’ [VIDEO]

'The Tightest Line'

‘The Tightest Line’ shows you what it is really like to be a fly fishing guide.

When we think of fly fishing guides, we usually think of someone who just gets paid to fish, but “The Tightest Line” shows us that there is much more to it than that.

“The Tightest Line” follows five different fly fishing guides in many different parts of North America, and shows how they approach fly fishing differently. It also shows how they fish, how they plan, and why they do what they do.

“The Tightest Line” is a film and web series by Harrison Buck, who says the aim of the film is to show the world that fly fishing guides are not content to let their passion become a sport for rich old men. They are trying new things, and working hard to make sure another generation of people can enjoy fly fishing, no matter who they are or where they live.

Hopefully, “The Tightest Line” will do its part in spreading the word about fly fishing, and more people will hit the water soon. Fly fishing is an amazing sport that entails grand adventures in some awesome places.
