Let’s Catch a Black Mamba with Our Bare Hands, Shall We?

Lets Go Catch a Black Mamba With Bare Hands, Shall We?

Attempting to catch a black mamba with your bare hands is a really, really bad idea. Is the guy in the video super brave, or just crazy?

Known for their size, speed, bad tempered demeanor, and extremely toxic venom, the black mamba is not a snake you should trifle with. In fact, I’d submit that anyone who attempts to catch a black mamba by hand just to make a video of the encounter is probably mentally unstable.

Watch the video and see what you think. The guy is clearly pretty proficient at handling snakes, so whatever you do, do NOT try this at home!

Though their reputation is certainly exaggerated to a certain extent, the black mamba is still a pretty darn dangerous snake. Fortunately, just like with most animals, as long as you leave them alone, they’ll probably leave you alone as well.

I don’t know about you, but you couldn’t pay me enough money to mess with a black mamba like that. That guy was just asking for trouble.
