Kroenke Sports & Entertainment expands its influence by acquiring InterMedia Outdoors Holdings Inc.
On November 7 Kroenke Sports and Entertainment (KSE) acquired InterMedia Outdoor Holdings Inc. from InterMedia Partners VII, adding to their already extensive outdoor media portfolio.
KSE, current owner of Outdoor Channel and 50 percent of the World Fishing Network, will now have the opportunity to reach an even wider audience through InterMedia Outdoors Holdings’ established customer base. InterMedia Outdoors’ assets include 17 prominent outdoor websites, 15 major outdoor magazines, and numerous television production operations. According to Outdoor Channel, KSE will now have the largest multimedia portfolio appealing to hunting, fishing, shooting, and conservation enthusiasts across the globe.

KSE’s enduring mission entails maximizing the capability of InterMedia’s brands for customers, advertisers, and distributors alike; and in the next few months the company is expected to share its strategic plan.
