Follow Jase Robertson’s tips to make sure your bird is prepared safely.
Jase is right. To ensure a tasty turkey without explosions you should:
- Make sure your turkey is completely thawed.
- Turn off the burner while placing the bird in the oil.
- Deep fry your turkey outside.
- Always have a fire extinguisher on hand. Especially if you have an uncle named Si.
Your deep frying experience doesn’t have to turn out like Si’s. Hang on a minute and think before you fry.
