In response to a video posted by Peach Orchard Deer Processing in South Carolina that shows an employee skinning a deer in a minute and 26 seconds, Three Way Deer Processing posted this video of the new world-record deer skinner.

It's amazing what a trained professional that's skilled with a knife can accomplish in such a short amount of time. Not only was that skinning job done quickly, it appeared to be done well. There's not a hair on that carcass.
Deer season will be here soon and I can't wait to start skinning and butchering deer again—my freezer's getting empty.
