Here’s the Largest Whitetail Buck Taken By Bow in Drury Outdoors History

Mark Drury arrows the deer of a lifetime on his Iowa farm.

Mark Drury connects on a buck he calls “Bucktober” on November 9th. The buck earned his name because he epitomizes what October is all about for deer hunters everywhere.

Drury first saw the buck last year on October 5th, but this year Bucktober first appeared on October 3rd.

Keeping your composure as a buck of this caliber coming in would be extremely difficult. Drury had taken retired baseball star Jim Thome’s advice to slow the game down. Thome also tagged a giant buck this season in Illinois.

The progression of the buck pretty impressive. The buck made leaps and bounds almost every year.

Would you have a heart attack if you saw this on buck on trail camera? Holy smokes, I bet Mark Drury loves it when a plan comes together.

For all the nay-sayers, yes this buck is 100% wild and 100% fair chase.

The Drury Outdoors team has been on fire this season with multiple bucks scoring over 200 inches and it’s only mid-November.

Keep up the great work, guys!
