Here’s a Crazy Way to Surf Waterlogged Fields During a Flood

The crops may be toast but the surfing conditions are prime for fun. This crazy guy shows us how it’s done.

The past week has seen a phenomenal amount of rain fall across the province of Saskatchewan. And as most know, this is never good news for the endless crops that are planted across these wide plains. But, for one crazy – and I must say creative – Saskatchewan resident, finding a new way to enjoy the waterlogged canola fields was a brilliant idea.

The following video was provided by Cody Keith of Sovereign, Saskatchewan. He shows us that all you need is a truck, a rope, and a surf board.

Laughter aside, you sure have to feel sorry for these farmers. Fingers crossed that some sunshine and strong winds are not far away.

And as for this guy, thanks for showing us that creativity still lives – especially when Mother Nature throws a wrench in the weather.
