Have You Ever Seen a Magnetic Fish?

A magnetic fish seems like something out of this world, but you might just question it after you see this video.

We can bet you’ve probably stumbled across a pretty wide variety of fish in your day but we think we might have found a new one. Have you ever seen a magnetic fish? We haven’t either, but this video had us thinking for a few minutes.

Take a look below and see what you think:

Before you start claiming that we have no idea what we’re talking about, no, this is not a magnetic fish. This is a Remora, a parasitic fish. It normally uses its “suckers” to attach to larger fish and uses the host to survive. While they are not uncommon, it is fairly rare to see them caught on a normal fishing trip and a pretty neat thing to get to see them use their suction up close.
