Harsh Weather Conditions Making Coyotes Attack Big Dogs in Connecticut [VIDEO]

Starving coyotes are attacking the neighborhood dogs in Stamford, Connecticut.

 Four decently-sized dogs have been attacked by coyotes in Stamford, Connecticut this week.

None were truly injured but the attacks have dog owners nervous.

The severe weather on the East Coast has forced coyotes to chase large dogs, including a Shepard, golden retriever, and a German shorthaired pointer. Some pet owners even got involved, scaring the coyote off her dog.

The amount of snow is also forcing the coyotes to make their dens underneath homes.

Officials are warning pet owners to keep a close eye on their pets and to be aware if they underneath porches.
