This was nine-year-old Savannah’s first experience shooting a deer while hunting with her father. She was shaking like a leaf on a tree, but it wasn’t from the cold. Young Savannah had her first taste of buck fever.
“Dad, is this normal?” she says with a beaming smile across her face and a gleam in her eyes. “I’m cold, but I’m not shaking!”
She was so excited about the deer that she wouldn’t turn around when her dad told her there was a bighorn sheep on the hill behind her. “Nobody cares about the sheep, Dad!”
Savannah’s father has taken her along on hunting trips since she was 5. He said in the video’s description that she has killed 6 deer. They will surely be hunting together for a long time to come.
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won’t be hunting and fishing for them when they are in high school.
