This is a Gentle Reminder That Hillary Clinton Considers NRA Members “Enemies She’s Proud Of”

When asked “Which enemy are you most proud of?” during a Democratic primary debate in October of 2015, Hillary Clinton answered, “Well, in addition to the NRA…”

“…the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians… probably the Republicans.”

Although Wide Open Spaces does not endorse any political view or candidate, we proudly promote hunting, fishing, shooting, and exploring the outdoors. For all outdoorsmen, the right to carry a firearm, not only to hunt with, but also for protection against predators encountered in their natural habitats, is indispensable.

The NRA is an activist organization working to protect that right. It is worrying that a candidate who purportedly seeks to unite our nation and serve all its citizens would list the NRA, not to mention its five million individual members, as enemies she’s proud to have.
