Wait until you see what pops out of the water next to these folks! Have you ever seen whales feeding this close to the dock?
These folks were in the right place at the right time! Happily, they were ready with their camera when some peacefully feeding whales just happened to stop by for lunch.
It looks as if they were just about to go out fishing, because the boats in the video appear to still be docked.
This is a close call we’d all like to have.
These appear to be humpback whales feeding in some estuary or small river near the ocean. Humpbacks’ main course is usually krill, but they are also known to seek out schools of herring to scoop up and gobble down. Well, this one almost got itself a taste of a big outboard motor.
