Have You Ever Seen a ‘Cripple Stock’ Shotgun?

In the world of gun stocks, this one is indeed the strangest.

This “cripple stock” was made for a shooter with a specific problem.

Ian from Forgotten Weapons takes a look at this odd “cripple stock” shotgun.

So what’s the deal with this odd stocked shotgun? Well this stock was specifically made for a shooter with a problem.

This otherwise ordinary double barreled shotgun has a stock that is unlike anything you ever have witnessed before. Known as a “cripple stock”, this shotgun stock allows the user to shoot from the right shoulder using the left eye to aim. Cross eye dominant shooters certainly would find this idea quite interesting. Left handed shooters also might find this to be an interesting idea though recoil management might be a more substantial problem from this crooked stock.

Once you think you have witnessed all the odd historical firearms Ian from Forgotten Weapons finds another one.
