Carp crossing a flooded road prove these fish can live anywhere. Have you ever heard of a corn carp?

The Iowa DNR Facebook page posted some fun video of carp trying to get across a flooded road. saying that it was recorded in June, 2016 the DNR says that the carp had moved up through Mississippi backwaters and into farm fields.

The Iowa DNR calls the phenomena of the fish getting over the mud ‘burst swimming’ It’s always amazing to see what animals will do to survive, even an invasive species like carp.

Where these big, fat carp will go next is anybody’s guess!
