Sometimes nature just isn't that graceful. This elk is here to prove it.
Elk are powerful, majestic creatures that roam unforgiving, mountainous terrain. They're viewed as one of the more intelligent and marvelous species in North America. They outwit bears, wolves, and hunters every year and survive some incredibly brutal winters year in and year out.
However, you'd never believe they were that smart after watching this video.

You can't help but chuckle as you watch this. That bull has probably jumped that fence a hundred times before. However, this person just so happened to be filming the one time he didn't make it.
The funniest part is when he lies there as if he's trying to play it off, hoping the rest of the herd didn't see him wipe out.
I guess this is why you can find so many sheds near fences.
