Coming across a delicious fish recipe can be a bit tricky. This recipe is basic and can be used for just about any fish you wish. It leaves your fish moist, flaky, and flavorful.

4 six-ounce fish fillets
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup water
Dust the fish fillets with the flour shaking off any excess flour. In a mixing bowl combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter. Mix well.
In a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise and garlic.
Place fillets onto a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the fish. Sprinkle and press a good layer of bread crumbs onto each fillet.
Carefully pour water onto the baking dish around the fish fillets. Bake at 350 until the fish flakes off with a fork – approximately 20 minutes.
