Eagle Fight in Maine Gets Broken up by the Cops

Who would’ve thought an eagle fight would break out?

A recent police beat in Maine got a little weird when officers were called to help separate two struggling eagles, who had become locked together in battle.

The Augusta Maine Police Department shared the news first on their Facebook page:

Then, as luck would have it, a YouTube video was uploaded showing 40 seconds of the altercation.

Animal control officer Francois Roodman and game warden David Ross used blankets to disorient the birds and get them unstuck.

So, you could say Maine’s finest was looking out for America’s finest.
