Is that a dog-sized rat? Yeah, um, nope.
College students at Wenzhou Medical University in China, have been encountering something rather terrifying. For something one would expect more around Halloween than Christmas, a dog-sized rat, was captured.
As it was reported when these pictures hit the Internet, this is actually called a river rat. Some people keep these creatures as pets, where as others eat them. Yes, eat them.
What even makes these rats more unnerving is that this one, in particular, had thumb-sized front teeth.
If you remember, this giant rat was captured in London. Coincidentally, it was mistaken for a cat. However, matched up against the rat from China, the London rat falls incredibly short.
What would you do if you came face to face with one of these freakishly large rats? If you were from China, you would probably eat it, or keep it for a pet.
Who knows. Different strokes for different strokes they say.
