Remember When This Guy Tried to Put out a Fire with a Van Full of Ammo?

If you listed the top 10 ways to put out a fire, using a van full of ammo probably wouldn’t be anywhere on the list.

Last October, the driver of the van in this video thought it was a good idea in Clay County, Missouri. Let’s go down memory lane.

At least the driver of the van remembered that it was full of ammo and had a full tank of gas.

On the negative side, he thought it was a good idea to put out a garbage fire with his vehicle.

Another plus, he got away quick enough to not get hurt. Another negative, he thought it was a good idea to burn garbage in the middle of a field.

Also, as you would expect, the ammo was going off in the van.

No, this story won’t end positively. The deputy who found the van wouldn’t make a report for an insurance claim.

Jon Bazzano, a spokesman for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, says, “It seems like he’s just going to have to take a loss on that vehicle because I don’t think they’re going to cover it.”
