2 lbs Ground Bison
2 Cups Finely Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Small White Onion Finely Chopped
½ Cup finely Chopped Mushrooms
1 Cup Chopped Green Chiles
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined throughout the ground bison. Shape into hamburger patties and grill until desired doneness.
