College Rowing Team Learns Firsthand About the Asian Carp Problem [VIDEO]

Practice for a rowing team turned ridiculous when schools of leaping Asian carp interrupted the training session.

This video, which comes from Benjamin Rosenbaum and shows a practice session for the Washington University in St. Louis freshman men’s crew team, adds a little more proof to the fact that the Asian carp problem is becoming serious.

WARNING: Strong language used in the video.

This happened on Missouri’s Creve Cour Lake, one of many American bodies of water overcome with a real carp dilemma.

If they aren’t nailing TV reporters or being hunted with some not-so-common methods, you can now find carp freaking out a bunch of crew members for a collegiate rowing team.
