This Pocket Pistol from 1876 Carries 5 Rounds of Force

Before there were tasers and pepper spray, there was the pocket pistol.

This palm-style handgun looks like something a female assassin would carry in her purse, but don’t let that fool you. At close range this pocket pistol could really mess you up.

This particular handgun is called the “Little All Right”. It was patented back in 1876 and is able to carry five rounds of .22 short.

Take a look a this great walkthrough the by folks at Forgotten Weapons.

As the story goes, only a few hundred or possibly a thousand of these handguns were ever made. The gun is actually fairly cumbersome to work with and that could have been the reason for its limited production.

Overall the thing looks like it could be something out of a James Bond film. It has all the aspects of secrecy that would make it perfect for concealment.
