The World’s Largest Surviving Gun is Over 100 Tons of Pure Machine

Now that is one very big gun.

If you like big guns, well this is certainly the video for you.

YouTuber Lindybeige is here to show us the largest surviving gun on the face of the planet.

Ever witness a Armstrong Whitworth 100-ton gun before? Probably not as there are only two remaining such cannons located at Fort Rinella in Kalkara, Malta.

This super-sized cannon actually weighs 103.64 tons and could lob a one-ton shell every six minutes. It could penetrate any ship at the time and had a 98 percent hit rate on target. Those are strong odds in favor of this last of the big guns. With 450 pounds of gun powder this beast was quite the ground shaker.

When you think your replica cannon is just as big as it gets ,better think again. This Armstrong Whitworth 100-ton gun puts everything smaller to shame.
