If you haven’t heard of the Leveraxe you probably don’t chop wood the smart way. These Finnish woodsmen are trying to make a new prototype of their famous axe and need your help.

Leveraxe uses leverage to split the wood rather than a strictly a blade and brute strength. This makes the axe more efficient at chopping wood faster and also safer because there is less of a chance the blade can slip.

The prototypes of the Leveraxe have already sold like wildfire and this small team of Finnish woodsmen are trying to make the Leveraxe better.

The plans include making the axe lighter with an alloy head and a hollow inside. The company is also planning on making more axes to offer us outdoorsmen, and this obviously costs money.
