Canadians Hike up Mount Seymour for Sunrise Serenade of “O Canada” [VIDEO]

O Canada

Over 300 hikers sung the Canadian national anthem, “O Canada,” from atop Mount Seymour after a sunrise hike in British Columbia.

Brent Seal and over 300 fellow Canadians climbed Mount Seymour in the early morning hours, and together they joined in a rousing rendition of the country’s national anthem.

“For me, it felt like a group of amazing people coming together to connect, push themselves, laugh, and have some fun while celebrating the country we all feel grateful to be living in,” said Seal.

Many in the group were rejoicing in the idea of coming together to form a bond with each other. They also wanted to be appreciative not only for being Canadian, but for everything they have in one of the world’s most beautiful places to live.

Seal shot this video on July 1, and it was posted to CBC Vancouver’s Facebook page.
