Canadian Invents Hoverboard and Breaks World Record for Longest Flight [VIDEO]

Now we can officially say we’ve lived in the age of hoverboards.

It was only a matter of time before someone invented a rideable hoverboard.

That day has come now that 31-year-old Catalin Alexandru Duru has invented a drone vehicle that can be ridden like a wakeboard.

He’s obviously breaking world records for longest flight aboard a hovercraft.

In the words of Caitlin himself:

“I will showcase that stable flight can be achieved with a machine one can stand on and control with their feet.”

Caitilin, a software engineer, has always believed human flight was possible.

The hoverboard prototype took five years to perfect and he plans to have hovercrafts available for purchase by the end of the year.

Will this be your fishing craft next summer?
