Nature is full of surprises. Viewers of a submerged camera filming spawning salmon got quite a surprise when they viewed this film!
The text indicates that “Mid-Columbia River Fisheries Resource Office employee Hayley Potter set up an underwater camera to film salmon spawning in Icicle Creek.” Well, Hayley got more than salmon on film.

If you’re a salmon (a salmon who is culturally aware of old Japanese monster films) you must be thinking, “GODZILLA!”
Or maybe, “BIGFOOT!”
But why make it more dramatic than it already is. To a salmon, “BEAR!” is probably horrifying enough.
Icicle Creek is located in central Washington state, in the scenic Central Cascades-Leavenworth area.
