There’s nothing like a cactus in the butt to blow a sure-thing stalk.
Randy Newberg learned that lesson the hard way. As he and his partner move into position on a group of Colorado antelope, Randy gets a cactus in the butt. Things go downhill from there.
Watch the video to see it all go down. Just don’t laugh too hard, you never know when you’ll be the one who ends up with a cactus in the butt.
Besides comaraderie, increased hunting success, ease in packing or dragging out game, and safety, we’ll add pulling painful cactuses out of your butt to the reasons you should be hunting with a buddy.
Luckily for Randy, antelope are easy to spot and he should get another chance, but I’ll bet he’ll be more careful about where he sits down if he does.
