Truthful or Misleading: Buzzfeed Reporter Claims to Have Bought AR-15 Through Facebook

You can NOT buy guns via Facebook anymore. But this guy claims there is loopholes and he bought this AR-15 from Facebook. Do you believe him?

Facebook is a social media tool that is used for many things. It used to be a great place and platform to buy or sell your firearm. Not so much anymore since January, but Adam Kantrowitz claims he bought this AR-15 via Facebook…do you believe him?

Selling a firearm is usually easy, hunters and collectors are always looking for a deal. Facebook allowed you to reach out to hundreds of people very quickly through group pages, buy and sell platforms, and your own personal network.

This man explains how he found, communicated, and purchased this gun through Facebook after they put a stop to the process.

This is good news if you are really wanting to sell or find a gun though. According to the video, it is relatively easy to find guns for sale via Facebook.

So you’re saying there’s a chance?

You just have to find them hidden in ads for other products. It turns out there are many guns for sale and the one that Adam supposedly purchased was in an ad for a Chevy truck. Interesting to say the least.

If you thought the ban had ruined your chances of shopping and selling via Facebook, apparently you are wrong.

Watch to formulate your own thoughts. Do you think it is legit?
