Bowfishing Flying Carp in Illinois Looks Like Lots of Fun!

Bow Fishing Flying Carp In Illinois Looks Like Lots Of Fun

Are you a good enough shot to try your hand at bowfishing flying carp?

Asian Carp are an invasive species and are causing all sorts of problems in places where they have gained a foothold. They are also known for jumping out of the water when frightened by boats.

While many boaters and anglers are injured by flying carp each year, this trait also makes them the target of anglers, such as at the Redneck Fishing Tournament in Illinois. Bowfishing flying carp is also rapidly gaining in popularity as well.

Bowfishing flying carp looks like a great way to help control the Asian Carp population while keeping your bow shooting skills sharp outside of hunting season.

Maybe you should give it a shot!
